Supporting those living with MECFS in the greater Wellington Region, while actively advocating and campaigning for greater awareness.

Wellington Region MECFS Support Group Inc (WellMe) supports those living with MECFS and their families by running monthly support groups, and operating an 0800 Support line.

We provide eductional information for them about their condition as well as disease management tools.

WellMe supports and educate members in regards to their rights, while lobbying to improve accessibility to public health services.

We are advocates for our members by providing a platform for national and international Clinical experts to visit the Wellington Region, speaking to researchers, GP’s, academics and our members on topics relative to MECFS.

WellMe also networks with other regional ME/CFS support groups, health and research professionals, and other health related organizations to grow our reach.

More about us

WellMe provides advice, assistance and support to sufferers and care givers of those living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis in the Wellington Region.

Use of funds

Funds raised will be used to continue the delivery of MECFS Awareness Campaigns in the region, while actively supporting members who live with MECFS and their families.
