Help us build Youth Hub Christchurch!

Canterbury

Youth Hub Christchurch aims to be a turning point in the lives of young people aged 10-25. The Hub is the first of its kind in New Zealand and is based in the heart of central Christchurch.

The Hub aims to deliver everything Christchurch's young people need to improve and maintain their mental health, from supported housing and health and support services to recreation and creativity.

Stage One of the Hub, which includes a supported housing wing with 22 bedrooms, a wraparound services block where a dozen youth providers can work and an outdoor activities courtyard is opening in late 2024/early 2025.

An Events Centre will be built in 2025.

We continue to fundraise to build another wing of supported housing for young parents and communal spaces including a café, creative arts space, art gallery, Manaaki Whare, carving workshop and some quiet gardens and spaces for rest and relaxation. These will open when funding is secured.

More about us
