To raise $3900 to enable my participation in an industry leadership program to utilise all my skills in the most effective way.

I have the opportunity to be part of a Horticultural Industry Leadership program and need to raise $3900 for the course materials, accomodation and to participate. I will be funding travel and food to Christchurch and Wellington for the block delivery in August/September and November 2020.

The course will build on my recent Agribusiness Management and Advanced Communicator Gold achievements. The outcome is I would be able to advocate for the Blueberry industry and Horticulture as a workshop and demonstration day facilitator. The course covers marketing, exporting, sustainability as well as personal development as a Leader and governance. These would all enable me to be a more effective advocate for the industry and the mental health of growers, workers and associates.

Use of funds

The funds would be used to pay for course materials and fees. If the target is exceeded then a replacement laptop would be purchased that didn't crash all the time! If the target is not met, no pledges will be redeemed.
