Helping Purcell get to the USA for student exchange.

Bay of Plenty

Purcell has been accepted to go on a student exchange to the USA for 1 year with Your Education.

Your Education is a New Zealand based high school student exchange provider bringing you a high-quality exchange experience with attention and care.

Purcell is in the Te Aka Motuhake class at Trident High School. In this class, they are encouraged to set examples of leadership & as well as participate in all school activities even ones that are outside of their comfort zones. Purcell is a mature and popular member of our Te Aka Motuhake form class. He has excellent attendance and will lead his class in the morning karakia when asked. Purcell is making very good academic progress and has achieved the literacy and numeracy requirements for NCEA Level One and is striving for a Merit Endorsement or higher this year.

He is very mature for his age & a very determined young man. He is very excited to go to America and is very willing to participate in anything they have to offer, he would like to not only become better in basketball but would also like to have more experience in other American sports. Not only do the sports in America interest him but he would like to have different and maybe education to New Zealand education.

Return airfare, insurance, host family & school placement, preparation materials & support team both in NZ & USA.
