Drop Your Boss continues to be a favourite with our Corporate family to help raise funds for the young people in our programmes.

The life experiences our youth face regularly are fraught with difficulties so in order to replicate that feeling of going out of their comfort zone we set up Drop Your Boss.

We challenge our 'bosses' to take that step into the unknown. However they only do it once - our young people often experience these feelings on a daily basis.

Since 1995 we have had over 200,000 young people transition through our school based programmes. Kiwi Can, Stars and Career Navigator, for school children aged 5 – 18 is a transformational journey that sets them up with a strong platform for adult life and a career.

This year we aim to reach more young people across New Zealand. Currently we have approximately 25,000 young kiwis in our programmes and with you help we can extend that number.
