Our Annual Appeal is back this year from February 7th until February 13th and GAP needs your help!
Nationwide
Annual Appeal Week is our biggest fundraising campaign of the year.
Appeal Week not only helps us find more loving, forever homes for retired racing Greyhounds, but it is also a great way for us to connect with our community and potential new adoptees. We really rely on both the funds and awareness that our Volunteers (and their hounds) raise at our Street Appeal each year.
If you would like to support us, you can donate here, or set up your own fundraising page for you and your volunteering dog by clicking 'participate'. This is a great way for all your family and friends to support you and leave something in your ‘virtual bucket’.
There are also lots of other ways you can help us with our annual appeal, every little bit makes a difference! No matter your age – you can support the rehoming of retired greyhounds in NZ by fundraising for us.
Throughout February, you can set up your own GiveaLittle page on behalf of GAP NZ, and get creative and create your own fundraising activity. Here are some ideas:
- Challenge yourself
Give up coffee for a week, set yourself a fitness goal, or anything pushes you out of your comfort zone - and get friends and family to sponsor you.
- Fundraise at work
Set up your GiveaLittle, and get your colleagues to donate. You could even bake some sweet treats and have people make a donation in return for a piece of cake.
- Fundraise for GAP on behalf of your four-legged friend
Why not make a fundraising page for your pet! Share it on social media and get your friends to help you meet you fundraising goal!!
The options are endless and every little bit counts to help us find loving families for our greyhounds.
To support our appeal, click donate below, or on the 'participate' button to set up your own fundraising page on behalf of GAP.
