Every year the ICN NZ Armed Forces & Emergency Services Bodybuilding Champs choose a good cause to get behind. In 2021 we raised money for the Te Kiwi Maia charity and in 2022 we donned our gumboots and raised money for I Am Hope.

In 2023, with Auckland seeing unprecedented flooding, then with Cyclone Gabrielle wreaking havoc on Northland, the Coromandel Peninsula and causing widespread devastation across the Hawkes Bay region, we’re putting our muscle to good and getting behind the NZ Red Cross.
