Monkey off your back is a group of tradesmen, bikers, and like minded people who are riding the length of New Zealand to raise money and awareness for Men's Mental Health and Mental health organisations.
This year Brendon Adams from Laser Electrical Blenheim will be setting off on a ride across New Zealand to raise awareness towards the necessary change required to make a positive difference and improve outcomes related to mental health.
Follow us on our journey as we navigate our way around the country visiting and speaking to people, raising awareness for support services for men’s mental health in New Zealand and how we can all make a difference.
I guess I'll find out through korero with some of my most inspirational friends I plan to visit along the way.
My Journey will start on the 3rd September 2021 riding from Blenheim to Whanganui then ending on the 17th September being from Christchurch to Blenheim. (We will place our trip details and length covered)
This year Brendon has decided on Life Education Trust Marlborough as the nominated charity to raise funds for. Life Education Trust is a charity organisation who works closely with the tamariki and rangatahi teaching important life skills around well being and mental health.
