Step Up for Diabetes New Zealand by wearing your sneakers to work.
Nationwide
Step Up for Diabetes by wearing your sneakers to work or swap your jandals for day on Sneaker Friday!
The first ever Sneaker Friday takes place on Friday 19 November as part of Diabetes Action Month https://diabetesactionmonth.org.nz/. It’s your chance to step up for New Zealand’s largest & fastest growing health crisis and make a real difference to the lives of millions of New Zealanders.
Diabetes NZ’s mission is to support all New Zealanders to live well with diabetes, but we can’t do this without the help of generous, supportive and helpful Kiwis like you!
Every New Zealander is at risk of diabetes and more than ¼ million live with the condition every day. An additional 1 million New Zealanders are estimated have prediabetes.
