Funds are needed to supply desperately needed bandages, nutrition packs, and medicines to help those with EB still in Ukraine and the many with EB who are now refugees from their homes because of the devastating invasion of their country.

EB, Epidermolysis Bullosa, is a devastating rare genetic fragile skin condition. Imagine having a child with skin so fragile that any bumps can cause skin to blister and they live every day with wounds like burns that need cleaning and bandaging to avoid infection. Throats can blister when swallowing food and so liquid nutrition is needed. Now imagine a mother having to flee her home and somehow find a way to get to the border with her children, when there is no water to drink and keeping wounds clean is impossible. The crisis is tragic for all families, but for those with children with a severe health condition like EB it is totally heartbreaking.
