Help us support young people and their communities across the wider Wellington region.
Wellington
Youthline Wellington has been passionately supporting young people, their whanau and their communities for 50 years. For those 50 years, we have been contributing to our vision that all young people in Aotearoa have somewhere to turn to for support. We do this through our 24/7 national helpline, our local youth and community education programmes and the many personal development pathways we provide within Youthline Wellington for our volunteers.
Through our services, we hope to empower young people to uplift themselves and those around them and we hope to enhance the collective wellbeing and knowledge within communities. - Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini (My strength is not as an individual, but as a collective).
Youthline Wellington relies on the manaakitanga (kindness and generosity) of our local funders, sponsors and community members in order to continue supporting rangatahi and communities across Wellington and Aotearoa. This is why each year, Youthline Wellington holds our Annual Street Appeal.
In 2020, our community generously supported our first ever Digital Appeal. Given the success of our 2020 Digital Appeal, we are combining fundraising forces and running a Digital Appeal 2021 alongside our traditional Street Appeal Day which will be on Wednesday 12th May 2021 from 7am - 6pm.
Join us as we ensure our mahi can continue! Aroha mai, aroha atu (love towards us, love going out from us).
