$15,602 raised

Raise money and awareness for teen mental health. Support the Graeme Dingle Foundation which look after disengaged youth in our community. P

Bay of Plenty

Recent studies indicate that nearly one in four young adults are experiencing elevated levels of anxiety, fatigue, and depression. These alarming statistics highlight the urgent need for effective interventions and support to address mental health concerns among young people.

Psychological well-being is crucial for overall health and happiness, and it is essential that we prioritise mental wellness alongside physical fitness. By implementing holistic approaches and creating safe spaces for open discussions, we can work towards reducing these distressing statistics and promoting a healthier future for young adults.

Teaching young people to be more resilient is key. Showing them how to be reflective by keeping things in perspective, whilst supporting them with counselling or mentorship will also help focus their minds to find positivity even in the most trying times.

This is something we at Fit Nation would like to help provide by raising money and awareness of Teen Mental Health by supporting the Graham Dingle Foundation Bay of Plenty which helps young people on their journey.
