Participating in 24-Hr Fitness Fundraiser for Teen Mental Health

Bay of Plenty

We are a team of like minded individuals who recognise that the participating in regular physical activity can increase our self esteem as well as reduce our stress and anxiety. Our team members are from a myriad of backgrounds and we have all experienced different challenges in our lives. What we have in common is that we have found that exercise played a pivotal role in preventing these challenges escalating into more sinister mental health issues.

As a team we will compete in a wide range of exercises for 24 hours straight to share the positive aspects that exercise can have on overall well-being and to raise awareness for mental health.

In highlighting the importance of mental health, we are also aiming to raise funds for the Graeme Dingle Foundation who support teens in building a positive outcome for a positive future. Our team believes it is just as important to prioritise mental wellness alongside physical fitness and therefore we seek your help in raising funds for this charity.

Please support us - every dollar goes to a great cause:)

Thank you .... Dane, Clayton, Amanda, Adam and Stuart (aka Team: "Cirque Du Sore Legs")
