A bunch of hardy (some would say foolhardy) souls have agreed to climb the height of Mt. Everest at the Roxx Climbing Centre to fundraise money and support Big Brothers Big Sisters in creating more mentoring matches for Christchurch young people. It'll all happen on the 7th of November from 3-10pm

There are kids in our community who find every day an upward climb. BBBS mentors are like sherpas, guiding our young people over the rocky terrain, showing them alternative pathways, helping to keep them on the that path, being there when the conditions make the pass seem impossible...and alongside them when they reach the summit, celebrating their success.
