Big Brothers Big Sisters of Christchurch (BBBS) is all about providing life-changing one-to-one mentoring for children facing barriers and experiencing adversity due to circumstances beyond their control. Through our programme young people are able to realise their strengths and potential, and be empowered to thrive.
Mentoring is proven to positively benefit physical and mental wellness, self-esteem, confidence, and anti-social behaviours, as well as academic and employment success, decision making, self-management, personal responsibility and relationships. All having a significant impact on tamariki and their outlook on life, their ability to regulate emotions and have resilience in the face of challenges.
All funds stay local and support taiohi/young people in Christchurch. With your help we can support tamariki and rangatahi to realise their full potential.

There are thousands of young people who are missing out because of the lack of positive adult role models in their lives. Your donation will help every child to thrive, despite what their background or family situation throws at them.
