Wellington
This page has been created to support all families attending the next NAPA NZ Pop-Up intensive therapy course in July 2026, all funds raised will go towards reducing the cost of attending these sessions, many of whom will travel from different parts of NZ. Families also have the option to create a page to fundraise specifically for their child so feel free to either support one or all, every little bit helps.
NAPA Centre, a leading international provider of innovative paediatric therapy, with 10 locations
across the world, is excited to announce that it will return to Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand in
2026 for a pop-up intensive session running from July 20 to August 7.
This event follows the successful first pop-up event in Wellington earlier this year where NAPA showcased its
individualised therapy programs designed to empower children with developmental challenges to
reach their full potential.
The majority of services offered will be under the intensive model of therapy meaning children will
attend each day for the duration of the three weeks. However the NAPA team have committed to
also offer drop-in and standalone sessions for families keen to explore what intensive therapy can
look like.
"We’re looking forward to meeting the local community in Wellington and providing them with an
opportunity to experience the difference that NAPA can make – we have already had a huge
response since we announced the pop-up location,” said Mr. Pozzobon. “Our goal is to not only
provide therapy but to help build a supportive environment where parents, caregivers and local
therapists feel empowered to make the best decisions for their child’s care. We will be hosting an
open day for local families as well during the intensive so that everyone can come and experience a
bit of NAPA magic!”
NAPA is partnering with two local Wellington based charities – Āhuru Mōwai Trust and The
Wonderboy Trust to facilitate, help coordinate and assist local families in attending the pop-up
intensive session.
The Āhuru Mōwai Trust will once again play a vital role in supporting the NAPA Wellington pop-up,
not only by providing financial backing to make the event possible but also by supplying essential
equipment for the children to use during the intensive. Paul Latham from the Trust shared:
“We’re thrilled to be working with NAPA again to bring a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to local
families—without them having to travel to Australia. We can’t wait to work with them to replicate
the amazing progress that we saw this year when they conducted their first pop-up. ”
