Every year, Acting Up! stages a show to showcase the talent and creativity our special needs superstars have for the big stage!

Acting Up! is a charity, and we rely 100 percent on donations, grants and fundraising income streams to fund workshops for young people with special needs as well as our big end of year show! This page is to gather funds to pay for costumes, make up, advertising and set to make the day extra special for these super stars.

About us

Acting Up! is a non-profit organisation that provides drama workshops and performance opportunities to young people with special needs in Auckland. We aim to provide a safe, fun and inclusive space for these young people to practice socialisation, participation and communication while developing creativity, self expression and relationships through the medium of drama.
