A HUGE, SPECIAL thank you to the Irish team for raising funds for Bec. So incredible! Heard it was a fantastic night and a lot of fun! We are all just incredibly grateful for what you have done. The love and support for Bec is with such big hearts xoxox Great to see Bec has gained some energy and life back, talking more, smiling more. Awesome to hear her voice. Had a positive Oncology appointment recently. Bec has completed 2 rounds of Chemo and handles it pretty well, and wants to continue, and is soon to receive her 4th round of Avastin over in Waikato. Thank you for your continued support to enable Bec the opportunity for this treatment.

Hi all. Just to update you all on Bec. It's been an eventful last few weeks for Bec. On a great note she has had a second round of treatment and we have seen some improvement in her speaking and interaction, so cool for her! She has also had lots of family and friends around over the long wkd and catching up with old school mates here for a school reunion, a real boost! Unfortunately for Bec though she has had to commence her second round if chemo, although handling it well, has also been dealing with her grandma passing away last Sunday night. Thanks again for all your support and love for Rebecca, she's really feeling it x

The weekend just been was one of the most special weekends for many of us. 6 months ago Bec and her family purchased tickets to WOW, a show we always wanted to see but never got there. However with everything that happened we certainly didn't think this was going ahead. After much discussion and some positive attitudes, a team of muscle power, a little transformation around her sisters house, some flexibility from the WOW team and a pass from the doctor, We got Bec down to Welli to see the show! She lasted through the evening and had the facial expressions to show her excitement! Her good friend Heather also spent the day with her, thanks Heather! A weekend that we will never forget! Thanks Bec and family xoxo

Great news! Bec tolerated the first round of treatment really well, no side effects, and if anything was brighter than usual when she got home. Its still early days though and all our thoughts are with you Bec. Hope is a wonderful thing! Thankyou all so much for your continued words of love, encouragement and support.

Well Bec is halfway through her first round of Chemo for some returned cancer and fingers crossed, thanks to all your AMAZING help, will begin her first round of treatment for the radiation damage in the coming weeks. We had a fantastic meeting with nurses, OTs, Physios and community support workers on Monday to ensure Rebecca has a good plan of care in place for her planned return home on Thursday. WE ARE ALL BEHIND YOU BEC!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS XOXOX
