Sadly on Tuesday with her husband, parents and younger sister by her side Sarah passed away. She has left a irreplaceable hole in our hearts that will never truly heal.

Today Sarah had a consultation with her Auckland Oncologist and discussed the use of Cetuximab (unfunded treatment) and combined partial use of the Folfiri chemotherapy treatment as the two drugs can compliment each other.
The cost at this stage is still to be finalised but treatment will start tomorrow.
Sarah received her scan results today and unfortunately the cancer has spread to Sarah's lungs and lymph nodes in her back. Sarah was advised that chemotherapy is no longer an option, but she is considering unfunded treatment.
