Help fund Ingrid's chemo treatments

Ingrid is all about other people, caring, worrying about and looking after others. Even now, as she deals with the cancer, and all its effects, her concern is still for others.

She is such a lovely, fit, active, vibrant, person, so that her pancreatic cancer diagnosis came as quite a shock. It left those of us who know and love Ingrid (and really to know her is to love her) wanting desperately to do something - anything for her. Well now we have the chance to.

Ingrid has started having palliative chemo treatments to help alleviate her symptoms. Unfortunately the treatments are unfunded, meaning Ingrid, who doesn't have health insurance, has to pay for them herself. This is expensive and it would be great if she didn't have to worry about the costs of her treatments. It doesn't seem right that something that is supposed to help improve the quality of her life is also an added stress. So here we can finally do something for Ingrid and help to fund her treatments and make things just that little bit better for her. A chance to show her we care.
