Gaia going to ACG Senior College

Gaia Rowntree is a conscientious student who has excelled across the board in her school studies. She has always been self motivated and dedicated to doing her best in life for both herself and helping others around her. She is the sort of child that has moved and inspired so many in her short years just by being her.

She recently decided she wanted to go to ACG Senior College and when she realised we could not afford to send her she took it upon herself to apply for a scholarship. She was very surprised when she found out she had been accepted and offered a place at the college with a 50% scholarship.

Now the problem is this partial scholarship still means an extra $1067.50 per month in fees that we simply do not have. On top of this she will need to cover commuting to town and board to stay in town part of the week.

Gaia currently works two jobs and has already secured a job in town to replace one of her jobs on Waiheke when she starts her studies in town. She has been diligently saving and is trying to budget to make this all happen but put simply she needs your help.

We have planned an exhibition of her photography and a fund raising event to come but the first fees are due soon. She also has no computer to study and stationary and equipment costs so any and all contributions will be gratefully accepted.
