Marcel has had a serious accident in Panama and will require funds for his immediate care and transportation back to New Zealand

Our beloved friend, son, brother, and family member Marcel Syron has had a terrible accident in Panama.
After intrepidly sailing his yacht through the Mediterranean, across the Atlantic and around the Caribbean, he has had a significant and serious accident.
Marcel Syron was critically injured in an accident on the 26th of March, 2023. Marcel suffered spinal injuries and is on the long road to recovery. Please show your support to Marcel by donating to his cause.
Marcel is currently in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital in Panama, and is expected to spend the next 2-3 months there.

I'm a friend of Marcel. Keith Syron is Marcel's cousin and nominated representative of Marcel's family to receives fund of his/their behalf.
Use of funds
All money raised will be used exclusively to pay for Marcel's immediate costs while in Panama and for his transportation back to New Zealand

Hi Team
Thought I would post an article on Marcel and provide a further update
Marcel has now been at Middlemore for around 6 weeks and is making progress.
I am with Marcel now and these are his words -
"Hello team. I'm finding it difficult to find the words to express my gratitude to you all for bringing me home. It has and will be some of the most challenging times of my life, certainly a journey made possible with your help. As tough as it may have been I'm optimistic about the future and have entertained myself with daydreams of the good times ahead, projects and dreams. Lots and lots of love, Marcel"
