Hi Please help fund for a wheelchair accessible bathroom to allow more independence in everyday life :)
Nationwide
My name is Sarah de la Haye and a few months ago now we were meant to get a wet-area shower to make life easier and more independent for me. I have Cerebral Palsy and at the moment I need to get lifted in and out of the shower as there is a step up to the shower. We were meant to be getting Mercy Renovators to do the bathroom but they went into liquidation and sadly we've lost our deposit which means we won't be able to afford to get our bathroom made wheelchair accessible and more user friendly for me. Getting the bathroom was going to greatly increase my independence, so not only did we loss our deposit but I lost the the independence I was looking forward to regaining. If you are able to help in anyway we will be truly grateful. Here is a link to a story of Mercy Renovators http://www.nzherald.co.nz/hawkes-bay-today/news/article.cfm?c_id=1503462&objectid=11353485
I decided to start a Givealittle page as I have nothing to loss by telling my story of the Accessible Bathroom that never happened :( I also feel very heartbroken for many others in Hawkes Bay that lost their deposits and much more.
Also if anyone in Hawkes Bay knows or has any Employment opportunities as a Teacher Aide or Administration Please contact me as I am looking for work. :) Thank you
If you can help I will truly appreciate your support :)
