617 reasons to Keep Going

Last year 617 New Zealanders sadly took their own lives😢. Gumboot Friday is a charity that is very close to my own heart as a couple years ago I was myself in a dark place. But like with this walk one step at a time! One day at a time is all you need to do in those dark moments as things are never the same forever and tomorrow is always a new day. So to help raise awareness and money for I am Hope Gumboot Friday. I will be walking 617 km for the 617 lives lost last year in my gumboots over a 21 day period this October and finishing up Friday 7th November ( Gumboot Friday).
