Raising money for Dog Rescue Dunedin Charitable Trust as a fighter in the upcoming Pride of The South Charity Fight Night
Otago
My name is Hana and I am a successfully matched contender for the Pride of the South Charity Fight Night.
I am training hard in a 10 week boxing bootcamp at NZ Fight And Fitness Academy (which really isnt a lot of time to learn!) and on the 24th of November will be stepping out in front of hundreds of people and boxing my wee heart out.
It's pretty hard core but I'm doing it to grow as a person and to help one of my favourite things on this earth: dogs - that's where you come in! Please donate. Every little bit adds up and I would appreciate it so much. I'm hoping to raise as much as I can for DRD in the next few weeks before the fight.
Dog Rescue Dunedin Charitable Trust rescues dogs from animal control and provides them with veterinary care including desexing, food and cosy foster homes while advertising them so they can find loving and safe homes to live out the rest of their doggo days.
They rely on donations from the public and volunteer fosterers to keep doing the amazing work they do - saving lifes.
I think most of us share a love for dogs so I'm really hoping to bring in a lot of donations big or small to really make this experience worth while.

I love seeing all of the dogs they save on Facebook, so they were the first charity that came to mind. I wanted to choose local charity that helps animals because they don't have a voice of their own and can only be helped and protected when kind people care and prioritise it and that's what this organisation does.
