Back HelloFresh NZ - Back Fair Food!

$4,165 of $7,000 goal
Given by 53 generous donors in around 4 months

HelloFresh New Zealand is running the ASB Auckland Marathon on Jan 23 to support Fair Food on their mission to feed people, not landfill.

Auckland

HelloFresh is the first global carbon-neutral meal kit company supporting Kiwi initiatives - like New Zealand food rescue! Established in 2011, Fair Food is Auckland's original food rescue charity addressing hunger and food waste.

HelloFresh NZ are running the Auckland Marathon on Jan 23 to fundraise for Fair Food. Donate today and give your HelloFresh NZ runner a shoutout. Yay! Additionally, HelloFresh will match donations up to a total of $5,000.

What will your donation go toward?

You'll be providing support to Fair Food for ongoing training, licenses, first-aid courses, and a learning and development plan for staff and volunteers, so the Fair Food people can continue serving communities and Kiwi families facing food insecurity, with all the right tools and support they need.

TARGET GOAL OF $5,000 means Fair Food can complete enhanced health and safety training and hold a team building day with all staff including learning te Reo and tikanga Maori PLUS Fair Food’s Leadership team can undertake an external professional development programme relevant to their roles.

REACH GOAL OF $7,000 means Fair Food can also start a Social (Impact) Club for their volunteers and interested groups (like schools) by running in-house korero on food upcycling, cultural recipes, food safety and many more.

Ps - if the marathon is postponed due to COVID, the HelloFresh NZ team is committed to running the distance, wherever meets Ministry of Health guidelines at the time!
