Run for Shefa and Cystic Fibrosis NZ

Our cousin Shefa sadly passed away from Cystic Fibrosis last week. We have decided to enter the DUAL Motutapu Marathon on the 28th of March (less than 2 weeks away..) with less than optimal training, to run for Shefa and to raise money for CFNZ to help others who suffer from the same disease.

Whilst we both run regularly, we have not down the ideal training required for a marathon. Subsequently we will be putting ourselves through a less than pleasant 42km in the hope that people will validate our painful ordeal with a donation to CFNZ.
