The Big Shave at Oamaru Farmers Market

Cancer is a disease that affects almost everyone in life. We have all had someone close to us struggle with the side effects of treatment, so that’s why I have decided to fundraise some money for a worthy organisation.

On October 3rd, 2021 I will be shaving my head to raise funds for Look Good Feel Better, an organisation that helps those going through cancer treatments.

I will also be fundraising at the Oamaru Farmers Market each Sunday up until the big shave.

This organisation greatly helped my mum when she was going through her treatment a few years back. They hold programmes all over the country and offer practical advice and support to cancer sufferers when they need it the most.
