You never forget your favourite children’s book. In fact, that story stays with you your whole life. Toot's story is about perseverance, and it's a really special message to pass on to children. 'Toot' is the first book in my series that teaches children positive attitudes.

LITERACY

The book is aimed at 4 – 8 year olds. It also has a special feature of a glossary, to assist young readers and extend their vocabulary.

Every week I do book readings at a primary school in Otara. It’s been amazing to see the kids learn new words and improve their reading. I hope to share this story with kids at schools and early childhood education centres all around NZ.

MADE IN NZ

This beautiful 40-page paperback book is illustrated by up-and-coming illustrator Mike Chapman. It is A4 portrait size, and is similar to the size of popular children’s book The Grufallo.

This book is written and illustrated by New Zealanders. It's a unique Kiwi gift that’s perfect for friends and family overseas.

BABY SHOWERS? B'DAYS? XMAS?

This book is a perfect gift for parents and children. (It comes highly recommended by my 4 year old niece!) From baby bedtimes to primary school book-bags – this will be a story kids love!
