Final thank you

Hey guys.
The dust has settled now and I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you one more time for the support that you all gave me back in November.
Your generous contributions helped me to experience the world stage of the sport that I love and I cannot thank you enough for this.
The support was both incredibly overwhelming and hugely uplifting whilst half way across the world.
I truly felt like I had a real team behind me back home in you all & putting on the Silver Fern and representing this country was a dream come true.
I am immensely proud to have been a part of this experience; the race was only a small aspect of what was an amazing time spent away with a passionate team of seriously good kiwi buggers!
As some of you may have heard the race did not go so well for me and I am still working through the injury that I sustained whilst competing.
I have always believed that these things happen for a reason and the last few months have certainly presented some tough challenges.
The beauty of this is that through these times we learn things we never knew about ourselves and ultimately become stronger and wiser people.
I look forward applying these new lessons learnt on whatever the next adventure may be!
