Bevan and Toby are attempting a 48hour running challenge to raise awareness and funds for Men's Health.
Canterbury
Bevan and Toby were both looking for something to really challenge them both physically and mentally as a distraction from the common pressures of everyday life.
They came across this challenge set out by David Goggins which involves running 4 Miles (6.5km) every 4 hours for 48 hours.
The boys have given themselves 3 weeks to train and will be starting the run at 6am on the 26th of March and finishing at 6am on the 28th.
They wanted to ensure that their short period of suffering could have a longer-lasting impact and decided that raising both awareness and funds for Men's Health was a great fit.
Toby has been involved with ManCave for the last 8 months and wants to see the platform grow to help more men open up to being vulnerable.
The funds will be given to Man Cave which is an organisation that provides an open circle where men can share their wins or challenges. The funds go towards enabling these sessions to be free for all men.
