Raising money for Parafed Waikato by doing 6 group fitness classes in a day

A group of Cambridge BFT members are raising money for ParaFed Waikato to support their amazing work. We decided to attempt to do all 6 Cambridge BFT Cardio Summit classes in 1 day. 5am, 6am, 7am, 9:15am, 12:10pm and 5:30pm.

What an epic day and we’re blown away by all the support both with donations but also with kind words, snacks, high fives and support throughout the day.
So pleased to be able to give ParaFed Waikato $2500 for them to continue the awesome work they do.
