Our dad was diognosed with terminal lung cancer and has been given six months to live on current funded treatments. There's another treatment available which is not yet funded yet which will increase the lifetime. This will cost $9000 per each treatment, which is done every 3 - weeks. This treatment will double life expectancy and increase the quality of life. We are trying to raise some funds to help us cover these costs.
Use of funds
The funds will be used to cover the cost of the medical treatment which is not funded by the government. This will minimize the debt taken on by the family to cover these medical expenses.
