Freedom Juicing - 60 day juice cleanse

I am after support to complete a 60 day juice cleanse. Some people climb mountains, walk for 40 hours non stop or bike across continents. The challenge I have set for myself to get on top of my health and well-being is nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juices for 60 days straight (June and July 2015). I can't do it without your support to keep me accountable!

I need your help and encouragement to achieve this challenge. It scares me, I know some days will be really hard and I will be very tempted to give in, but having a group of sponsors behind me, who have supported me financially on the journey will make the difference to keep going and ensure I complete it. I wont let you down. Already it is making the difference to my metal space knowing I have sponsors, and there is no getting out of it, I will do it!

The rules:

-Eat and drink nothing but raw fresh fruit and vegetable juices for 60 days.

- Make ground nut drinks if I feel I need the oils.

-If hungry, have another juice!

-Drink plenty of water each day.

-Herbal teas (caffeine free) are allowed

Why a juice cleanse:

- First and foremost this is about me turning my life around and taking control of my health and wellbeing so I do not become another cancer statistic. And I don't say that lightly. The path I was following was not leading to a happy ending. This challenge is about 100% turning that around.

- I am super inspired to do this, and the challenge of doing an extended cleanse for 60 days is the “hurdle” that any good challenge needs.

- I know completing this challenge will do amazing things to my health and well-being.

- Mentally it will be amazing to know that I took on a challenge as huge as this for me, and completed it – this will be a prize of a lifetime.

- For some people a 60 day juice cleanse may be easy, for me, I have had challenges with food, overeating, weight, food guilt and many surrounding issues for the past 20 or more years, this challenge is a sign of the new healthier life I am now living, and will prove to myself I am in control of my body, my wellbeing.

- I am eager to see if I will be full of energy and vitality as people claim – that really would be an amazing feeling after feeling heavy and lethargic for too many years.

- Yes loosing weight will be a great side effect of this, but definitely not the main reasons I am doing the clense.

- And super keen to mega detox and give my body some rest while flooding the body with nutrients that energize the body's natural regenerative abilities

How much do I need to to raise?

- Nothing - but whatever I raise will go towards a purchasing PHD juices to supplement my own juicing.

- This will give me a break from daily juicing,

- Having some pre made and in my fridge means no excuses for not juicing due to being too busy, tired, sick etc.
