    As the year gets back into full swing, we wanted to touch base to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who helped make our Christmas care packages possible. Thanks to your generosity, gift bags filled with practical items and thoughtful treats were delivered to mums, dads and whānau with sick children in hospital on Christmas Day - helping them feel seen, supported, and cared for at what can be a really tough time.

    The messages we’ve received since have been incredibly moving and we just wanted to pass the "thanks" on as it was YOUR support which helped turn what could have been a very hard Christmas Day in hospital into one with a little more comfort, kindness, and hope.

    “I am writing to thank you for the incredibly generous care packages we received while in NICU. We were in hospital over Christmas, so opening this on Christmas Day made it feel like we were still able to take part in some Christmas traditions, even though we weren’t able to be at home with the rest of our family. There were so many thoughtful things inside, including the hand-written notes, and we now have some special items that will always remind us of our experience.

  • We reached our target!!!

    ✨ WE MADE IT! ✨

    Because of you we reached an incredible $21,749.30, we can now deliver over 350 Christmas care packages to parents and whānau spending Christmas Day at their child’s hospital bed.

    We know times are tough for so many right now - and yes, we even had to extend our campaign to get there - but you showed up.

    Every share, every donation, every word of encouragement… it all mattered.

    Thank you for helping us wrap aroha, comfort and hope around families who need it most this Christmas.

    We are honestly blown away.

    Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve reached two-thirds of our $20,000 goal - and we are so, so grateful.

    The comments you’ve left on our page have meant everything to us. Hearing from parents who received a care pack in the past - and reading how it helped brighten the darkest hospital days - reminds us exactly why this mahi matters. It tells us that the Christmas packs we’re preparing right now will make a difference.

    As we head into our final week, we would love you to help us get the word out so we can get over the line. Every donation - big or small - helps us fill another pack, for a parent when they need it most.
