HELP SAVANNAH WALK
Nationwide
Savannah was born at 27 weeks, Complications happened after birth which caused her to have surgery at 5 days old which her chance of survival was compromised, She ended up staying in hospital for 12 weeks. We started therapy at the Champion Centre in chch straight away, which has made a significant impact on savannahs development but when it came to reaching milestones ie sitting crawling etc she didn't meet them, then she got diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia Cerebal Palsy. She has come a very long way but still is unable to walk unaided, We have come across life changing surgery in America at St Lewis Childrens hospital with Dr Park, The surgery is called SDR it takes the spasticity out of her muscle tone which makes it easier for her to learn to walk independently, There has been amazing results with this surgery and it gives Savannah hope to be able to walk around with all her friends, Donations will be very greatly appreciated as the surgery does cost $70,000 which unfortunitly we can not afford alone so please give Savannah a chance and help us raise some money.
