Help keep the Winter Family together

Nationwide

On the 16th of October at 5.45pm in our small Whitianga Community tragedy struck one of our local Families. Meiko Kawaguchi, 25 weeks pregnant, her son Keito, and her partners daughter 4 year old Mereana Winter were involved in a horrific car accident. Mereana was flown to hospital and is currently in Starship, Auckland, where for the next few weeks she will remain until been moved to Wilson House where she will undergo rehabilitation.

Vincent Winter, Mereana’s father, is a solo dad with four children, he is a well known local who helps out round our community in various ways and runs Essential Healing from his home, has had to move the whole family unit up to Auckland so they can all be together and help Mereana on her long journey to recovery. She is a very strong little girl and is making great progress but it is going to be a long road ahead for this family.

Anyone wanting to help keep this family together through this long journey may make a contribution through this “Give-a-Little” page, this is to help take the pressure off the family so they can concentrate on helping her recover.

Peace, love and harmony eternally.
