    Dear friends and supporters,

I want to sincerely thank you for standing by me and my daughter through these incredibly difficult years. Your support means more than words can express.

Unfortunately, my financial burden has become even heavier. I have now been served with a formal court demand requiring me to pay an additional $36,309.03 in court-associated costs, related to Lawyer for Child and psychologist reports that were enforced during my legal proceedings. These services supposedly should be free, as their client is the child—an underaged, non-working minor citizen of New Zealand. Especially in circumstances like ours.

These overwhelming financial costs have been utterly devastating. The emotional strain of this, on top of the past six years of fighting for the safety of my daughter, feels like ongoing punishment for seeking justice.

Now, I am also facing even tougher excruciating personal hardships, including the lack of regular income and health challenges within my immediate family. The financial pressure from these court procedures cripples us for the next decade.

I am doing my best to stay strong, but I humbly ask for your continued support—by sharing this page and donating any amount you can to help us with.

    Please, help us!

    With deep gratitude,

    Magdalina

  • Winning the High court appeal

      2 December 2024

We have received the decision from the High Court regarding the appeal filed by Mr. Oh So Wrong. I am relieved to share that justice has prevailed, and the High Court has dismissed his appeal in its entirety.

The High Court found no grounds to support his claims, reaffirming the Family Court's extremely cautious and well-considered decision to prioritise the safety and well-being of my daughter. This ruling upholds the fundamental principle that the law applies equally to everyone and must not be twisted to serve the interests of those who misuse and exploit power, connections and wealth to further harm and control others.

This outcome brings a measure of hope to our fight, highlighting the importance of a justice system that prioritises the protection of vulnerable individuals above all else. I am deeply grateful to the High court for their diligence and for making a decision that puts my child's safety and life first.

While this victory is monumental and life-changing, the financial toll of this prolonged and gruelling battle remains overwhelming. I am hopeful for the support and generosity from the People of Aotearoa. Thank you for standing with us, and for helping ensure that the voices of those most vulnerable are heard and protected.
