A helping hand.

In an ideal world ACC would cover all costs relating to our daugthers injury but they simply dont.

Our daughter is so much more then her injury and we want to give her everything possible. She is already doing more then the doctors ever said she would and totally exceeding everyone's expectations. She walks, talks and does almost everything else every other 5 year old does despite having cerebral palsy.

Every day for her is a fight and we want to do everything our power to make that a little bit easier for her. Simple changes can make the world of difference for her.

The first thing on our list is a new vehicle to make her as independent as possible and have space for her wheelchair, which she uses for fatigue. ACC have put a sum towards the car cost but this is less then half the value of the vehicle that is needed.
