To raise funds for all the safety features in the van for someone who never asks for anything but is always giving and loving everyone.
Auckland
Debbie is one of the most amazing people. She travels in a wheelchair and has a beautiful mobility dog Jackson. Debbie and Guy ( her amazing and supportive husband) received a grant for a new specialised disability vehicle that would be able to give her the space in the back to sit up straight without having to slouch to prevent her hitting her head. As well as see outside because she has to sit in the back and there are no windows.
Unfortunately, the vehicle they had found had all the safety features but did not have the right size hoist to lift into the van. She has had to find another one now that has the hoist but not all the other stuff. So very disappointing but with your help she can finally have what she needs.
These 2 people have the biggest hearts, they are always sharing and giving back. They are always supplying food to families in need and love and an open door to anyone in need.
Debbie and Guy spend their lives sharing and uplifting and volunteering and supplying food to family’s in need. They open their arms and their hearts to so many people and families. It’s time to give back to them.
The money will be used to pay for all the necessary safety things that are not covered by the grant. Anything left over will be used towards her specialised Ramps, feeding families who are in need and giving back to the community.
Funds required 19 January 2020
All in all (including labour for installation), this is what is needed to purchase and install the additional things for Debbie and Guy (and Jackson) to make life a bit easier and safer for them.
