A little help means a longer life for Irene

Irene, her family and I want to say thank for the amazing koha we have received so far!

I little update, Irene is due her next lot of treatment at the end of December, the cost for this is 35k and it will last for 6 months. We have done well so far but still need a little more to get us there.
