The cost for the book until 31st July (last day of givealittle campaign), is $35 which includes; your name printed in the book, as part of the acknowledgements, a free ebook and audiobook version.

August 1st - September 8th (book launch): the option to have your name printed in the book will end and it will cost $35 for the paperback + one other version of the book, shipping costs included.

September 9th onwards; shipping costs will be additional.
