A young artist's dream

Hi, I'm Bailey Halligan and I'm 14 years old.

I've been doing art for almost a decade and during that time, I have been given the support and confidence I need from my friends and family. I've always engaged myself in drawing and I love it because its what makes me happy. Not that long ago one of my friends suggested I make an art account on Instagram, so I did. At first, I was worried about putting my art on social media because I was worried about the negativity I may have gotten. But during the first few months of posting, I received a lot of positivity, support and my account is still growing fast.

Using certain hashtags on my posts, I caught the attention of someone from Brisbane who is hosting an Art Exhibition. He said that the work that I do is amazing for someone my age and he has invited me to attend and showcase some of my art in an Exhibition! But the problem is, since we are quite short on money, its gonna be harder than we thought to pay for the trip. And thats where this give-a-little page comes in.

Any amount of money donated would help us out greatly. Every little bit counts and it would mean so much if we raised enough for this trip. If we reach our goal, my art will be framed and showcased in an exhibition in the heart of Brisbane. I'm hoping to raise around $2000.00 to help cover the costs of Airline tickets, accomodation and food.
