Abel Tasman National Park Building Development Seed Funding

I am looking for a seed fund investor or donations to start a building development company. The initial site is a highly sought after stunning area, which is the entry point for the Abel Tasman Tracks and other stunning nature activities. There are three separate lots and I estimate the project to be approximately $4,400,000 for three separate dwellings and the land.

This area is also notorious for limited rental accommodation and by doing this high value development, we will gain enough capital to support other housing developments. While the buildings are under construction, I have a plan to use the property for short term holiday rentals with tiny houses to ensure our personal income while we build.

Give a Little is phasing out 'all or none' fundraisers so if we don't reach our goal, this is the plan;

1) Full amount = 3 buildings, 2 businesses (tourism and development), 3 tiny houses to give away at the conclusion

2) 1/3 of the amount = 1 building, 2 businesses, 1 tiny house

4) $150k=seek lending and perhaps get a tiny house or two on someone else's land until funds can be raised.
