After decades of working in gardens, Mum's shoulder has given up

If you've ever met my mum, Sarah - you'll know she's one of the hardest-working people you'll ever come across. My entire life she's spent her days boots in the soil, digging, lifting, pruning, planting and creating some of the Wairarapas most incredible gardens.

Rain or shine, spade in hand, smile on face.

Unfortunately a lifetime of hard yaka has taken its toll. After years of giving everything to her gardens Mums shoulder has given out and now requires surgery.

ACC refuses to cover injurys caused by arthritis so we're aiming to raise funds to help with the costs of her surgery and recovery while she's unable to work.
