Help Alison Andrews-Paul get to the World Junior Athletics Championships

Hey guys, just wanted to give those who are interested an update on my build up for Poland... I can assure with that I have been working hard of late, with intense track sessions punctuated with endurance runs and gym sessions in the garage. This weekend will be key in our campaign as it will give us a strong indication of where I'm at and how 'on track' I am leading up to the Championships. I am racing in the 800m in a Winter Series here in Masterton. With the help of one of the boys, I am aiming to crack that 2:08.00 - here's hoping anyway!
