Help A Little Bit Of Britain VS Sanitarium

Sanitarium have gotten customs to detain a pallet of Weetabix at the border which the small British food store A Little Bit Of Britain in Christchurch have paid for and now can't sell due to Sanitarium thinking there is a trademark infringement. They want the store to come to an agreement over the so called trade mark infringement and cover up the word Weetabix but the store do not feel this is acceptable because we all know they are two different products!
