Allies to HHI World Championship 2025
Representing Dunedin, the South Island, and New Zealand on the world stage at the Olympics of Hip Hop Dance, Hip Hop International!

Allies Dance Crew from RASA School of Dance in Dunedin recently competed at the Hip Hop International NZ Qualifiers and were selected as part of Team New Zealand to compete at the Hip Hop International Championships in Phoenix, Arizona in July of 2025.
This competition is considered "The Olympics of Hip Hop" and this is where the best of the best compete from all over the world. Known for "Uniting the world through hip hop", 4000+ dancers travel to Arizona to compete for the coveted world titles.
This is a huge honour for a Dunedin Dance School to represent their city and country on the prestigious world stage, and it comes with a huge expense.
We want to make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help our students fulfil their dreams.

I am the dance studio owner and manager of this team. I established Rasa in 2003 and over the years our competition groups have grown in popularity and the crew's skills and passion for Hip Hop dance is outstanding!
Use of funds
We need to raise over $45k to pay for the crew's Airfares to Phoenix, Accommodation in Phoenix, Land Transport, Costumes, & Competition fees. The money raised will be divided amongst the 7 crew members, the Manager and the Coach.
