Chemo Therapy Kills all the cancer cells, The problem is it kills all the good cells like red & white blood cells which protect the body. So after approx 8 months of chemo this treatment destroys the Immune System. So then the next procedure is to have a bone marrow transplant which then restores the immune system.

Due to a heart condition that resulted in a Stroke a year ago, I have been advised that I do not qualify for a Bone Marrow Transplant.
