Honouring Andy’s dream by supporting Andy's Kowhai House - a loving home for people with disabilities to thrive in joy and purpose.
Gordonton, Waikato
Andy Oliver lived with profound challenges, yet his life was marked by faith, humour, determination, and a deep joy in the simple things - especially farming, fire engines, tankers, and daily routines. Despite his limitations, Andy had a heart for others and a vision for creating a better life for people with disabilities.
In 2019, that vision became reality with the opening of Kowhai House in Gordonton, Waikato - a warm, supportive home where people with disabilities could live with dignity, purpose, and joy. Andy was proud to be part of its creation and saw it as a way to bless others with the life he believed everyone deserves.
Kowhai House was never just about Andy - it was his dream for others. A place of belonging, laughter, faith, and wholeness.
Andy passed away peacefully in July 2025. In honour of his legacy, we are raising funds to continue supporting Andy’s Kowhai House and its vital work in the lives of others.
Your donation helps continue Andy’s mission: creating a life-giving environment where people with disabilities are not only cared for - but truly thrive.
Thank you for helping keep Andy’s vision alive.
Funds will support Andy’s vision for Kowhai House - a place where people with disabilities can live with joy and purpose.
